Thank you for considering this freelancer anthro artist to curate your commission! If you are selected, the artist will contact you back either by the provided messenger handle or by email if no other handles are shared. The prices listed are only estimates and do not reflect the total price of the quote. Total price quote may be higher depending on the complexity of the characters, poses and background.From there you will be provided a proper price quote, then you (plus any other involved parties) and the freelancer may discuss and modify the commission details before an invoice will be sent to your Stripe, Square or PayPal accounts when all parties are in agreement.All commissions below $100 USD must be paid upfront after the sketch phase is completed. All commissions $100 USD or above may have a two-part payment plan to be discussed unless payment is divided between more than one commissioner. All payments must be made using the same payment platform. If the commission payment is divided into two halves, the first half must be paid after the sketch is approved and the second half must be paid before completion of the commission product before it is received.Until all payments are fulfilled, all versions prior will be web resolution and have a watermarked preview to prevent fraud. If you refuse this condition, do not accept the agreement nor submit a commission form.If the commission involves multiple characters with mixed compositions, the first character with the highest composition will not be discounted. For this reason, the commissioner may only select one Style Tier. For example a three-character Colored Sketch consisting of one Full Body character ($40 USD) will be paid in full, and the two Torso characters ($30 USD) only will be discounted to 75% (Full body $40 + [Torso $30 + Torso $30 * 0.75 Discount]). Therefore the total cost will become $95 USD.

Terms of Service
• By commissioning the artist (me), the client (you) has read and agreed to the terms of service and is the age of 18 or over.
• The client is only purchasing a private license and labor cost to the product for private use and is not purchasing the full rights to the product for commercial use.
• All business interactions with the client will be logged as evidence for the artist’s safety.
• Active communication is a requirement for the artist. Failure of the client responding to the artist within 72 hours from the last reply request on all communication platforms will be considered inactive and may result in the commission being discontinued with partial refund to the client depending on the progress of work on the product completed.
• Until all payment has been fulfilled, the client may not use any watermarked preliminary works-in-progress for private use including sharing on social media accounts, sharing publicly or privately, using them as references for other works or printing.
• If there are any major alterations by the client to the product from the initial instructions after the sketching process, the artist may invoice additional fees for major edit instructions upon agreement of both parties.
• If the client's refund request is accepted before the product’s competition, the artist will only reimburse partial payment for the amount of work completed.
• Upon the product’s completion, the client will no longer be eligible for a refund.
• The artist reserves the right to cancel any commission(s) without providing a reason. If the artist cancels the commission during active communication with the client, the client will be fully reimbursed the full payment within a reasonable timeframe.
• Payment chargebacks during any active production process and after completion is a violation to the terms of service.
• Upon the product’s completion, the client is granted the highest resolution version of the product for private use only (such as printing the product, use as an avatar/wallpaper, sharing amongst individuals) and a public low resolution for public use (such as sharing on social media accounts).
• The artist does not accept private commissions. All commissions may be publicized.
• The artist reserves the right to livestream any commission creation process for viewers.
• The artist reserves the rights to reproduce and publish the client's product of all stages.
• The client agrees to not use the product as a non-fungible token nor use it as a reference for artificial-intelligent artwork generating programs or tools.
• The client MAY NOT use the product for commercial use outside a contractual agreement.
• The client MAY NOT reproduce the commission for profit outside a contractual agreement.
• The client MAY NOT modify the product for the intent of removing the artist's signature.
• Violators of the terms of service forfeit all rights to the product and will be blacklisted from commissioning the artist.
